Bob Ellis, CFP®, President
Bob Ellis is the founder of Stonebridge Benefits Group, LLC, a full service insurance and employee benefits brokerage agency where he concentrates his practice in insurance and business planning. He specializes in employee benefit packages and executive fringe benefits for small business as well as large employer groups and associations. In addition to his practice, Bob also teaches graduate classes in the financial planning program at Daniel Webster College.
A resident of Merrimack NH, Bob is the son of a golf course superintendent and an accountant who are lifetime residents of Rhode Island. He earned his high school degree from Portsmouth High School, his bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in math from Plymouth State College, and is a graduate of the Boston Institute of Finance. He has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in financial services from the American College. In addition, Bob maintains a life, accident and health insurance license and is also licensed for property and casualty insurance.
Bob is licensed to offer insurance in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island, Georgia and Florida. He is a member of the National Association of Financial Advisors and the President of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce. Bob is very active in the community as soccer coach and volunteers for the High Hopes Foundation. He lives in Merrimack with his wife Cynthia and their tow sons Jeffery and Colin.
